맑은 호박 색감과 함께 약간의 짙은 브라운 색감의 터치가 좋으며 오렌지 껍질을 비롯한 시트러스 향과 흰 꽃향, 더불어 꿀 향이 좋다. 특히 달콤함과 부드러운 산미의 적정한 조화가 매우 훌륭하다.

Soleo Moscatel 100%
Soleo is a process of sun-drying grapes before pressing them. In the DO Jerez-Xeres-Sherry it is primarily used for Moscatel and Pedro Ximenez grapes.
Vinification
수확 후 2주간 자연 건조를 통하여 당도 높은 건포도를 만든다. 따라서 일정 수준의 당도 및 알코올 함유량을 유지한다.
Aging
Solera System을 이용하고 10년간의 American Oak 및 Oxidative Aging System.
